95% of the Reasons for Conflict at Work Stems from.....

Posted on March 13, 2015 at 3:43 PM
As it is "Location, Location, Location" for Real Estate success, I believe effective leadership stems from "Communication, Communication, Communication". In fact, I stress with my clients that it is my belief that 95% of issues or conflict in the workplace stems from some sort of communication breakdown (Lack of communication, miscommunication, no clear communication channels, etc.). No, I do not have a study or trend to back this % up, but I say this more to encourage frontline supervisors, managers and leaders to evaluate the impact of communication, or lack thereof, and the resultant conflict in the worlplace.

What are your thoughts?

The school should have either Maya or 3ds Max to be taught to their students as these are the most adverse, complicated but most successful software in terms of designing. If you’ve never heard or learn of them, you can google it and see that most AAA or AA Titles of Games have been designed on any of this two software.

Yes, I strongly agree. From a communication scholar's perspective, I saw myself appreciating the power of communication when I was studying for my undergraduate degree in communication at Oxford. Communication is there because of its significant importance in the society. The power of communication has helped our ancestors in achieving peace during the times when war is a common trend. As a matter of fact, in the smallest units of societies, families are formed and broken by communication. Thus, communication, really, proves to be a powerful facet in our daily lives.

Communication is one of the most beautiful and mysterious areas of understanding and schools of thought in the realm of social science. Its complexity has led to various debates and studies by communication scholars from the academe. However, albeit the high technical degree of its royalty, communication proves to be a key player in the survival of our daily lives. Communication controls what happens around us, and communication empowers us as individuals. As such, it is only acceptable to mention that communication really is vital in the progressive strides of human development.
